What are the Payment terms?
To be able to build OKCharger with the proper coin machine to accept local currency coins, and a power supply for your local voltage, our company will require payment up front when the order is placed.

What is the Turn Arround Time for my order?
An order of 50 units and up to 500 unites will take an estimated 3 to 4 weeks to build and test.

How much is the freight?
The estimated Air freight is $100 US per unit and it takes about 3 days. The estimated Sea freight is $12 US per unit and it takes about 30 days.
You will need to check your local import duty tax and customs clearance costs.

How do I get some basic technical training on OKCharger?
We can arrange training to be conducted in our factory or via online video, online video conference. 

Training is provided by our company including online video conferencing software application free of charge and you as our distributor will only need to cover your travel costs, should you wish to visit our factory.

It will take approximately 3 days (or 30 hours) to cover the following technical topics:
1. How to dissemble an OKCharger.
2. How to replace a faulty part with a good one.
3. Basic fault finding.

How to claim Warranty on OKCharger?
To save shipping costs, authorized dealers should remove faulty parts from an OKCharger and replace them with good ones prior to sending those faulty parts to our factory for replacement.

Dealers will need to pay for the cost of sending faulty parts to our factory and our factory will pay for sending the replacements to you. This is called "Back To Based" on our sales invoice.

No.

3. (Australian Market) How do I pay for the $2 cost when using OKCharger?
By using $1 or $2 coins (Default setting). 10 and 20 cents can be accepted if agreed by the dealer.

4. Can I use the OKCharger to charge my new mobile phone battery for the 1st charge?
Yes.

5. How long does it take to charge my brand new mobile phone battery by using OKCharger?
OKCharger is a vending machine. It vends 20 minutes of charging time for $2.

For $2, your new mobile phone battery will be charged to approximately 80% capacity. If you would like your new mobile phone battery to be fully charged, please purchase more charging time.

6. What if I leave my mobile in the charging bay for longer than 20 minutes, will my mobile battery be damaged or over charged?
NO, but it is recommended that you take it out as soon the charging time purchased is finished.

7. Can I take my phone out at any time? 
Yes. But no refund will be given. 

8. What if I do not know the charging terminal of my battery and place my battery in the charging bay with the charging terminal facing the wrong way?
The voice instruction will tell you to change the insertion until you get it right; and it costs you nothing while you are doing this. 

9. Can OKCharger charge my palm pilot, ipop, MP3 and Iphone? 
Not yet. OKCharger can only re-charge mobile phone batteries. Please contact us for other on-the-go battery charger solution for Iphone. (New! To be released soon with solar technology.)

10. What if I forget my Pin when using OKCharger? 
Contact the local service provider and they will be able to retrieve your battery without using your pin. Their phone number should be displayed on the unit. A technician in the area will attend to your service call. Onsite service charges will be applied.
